How To Make Balloon Garland:
- Inflate all balloons with air and use the balloon tying tool to tie a knot.
- Insert balloon lips into the holes of the decorating strip and gently pull the balloon knots through to secure. Alternate balloon colors and sizes and skip holes as needed while attaching balloons.
- Use the dot glue to fill the gaps between balloons with smaller ones.
- Tie a long ribbon to an empty hole at each end of the decorating strip and hang the garland on a wall or from the ceiling.
NOTE: The total length depends on how you set up the balloons. As a DIY item, the total length may vary!

This balloon garland kit is super easy to use. First, when dealing with the confetti balloons, after inflating them, just take something like wool gloves or a sweater and gently rub the balloons. Then roll them around. This will create static and make the confetti stick to the balloon walls. When the party comes and the balloons pop, the flying confetti will be so much fun. For the floating balloons, the 10', 12', and 18' ones can float for about 10 hours. But remember to blow them up with helium just before your event so they last longer. The 5' balloons probably won't float because of their small size. Now, to make the balloon garland, inflate all the balloons with air and use the provided balloon tying tool to tie knots. Next, put the balloon lips into the holes of the decorating strip and pull the knots through to secure them. You can mix up the colors and sizes of the balloons as you like. If there are gaps, use the dot glue to fill them with smaller balloons. Finally, tie a long ribbon to the ends of the decorating strip and hang it on a wall or from the ceiling. Be careful though, this is a choking hazard for kids under 8. Always have an adult around when kids are near the balloons. Keep the uninflated balloons away from kids and throw away any broken balloons right away. Also, since it's a DIY item, the length of the garland might change depending on how you arrange the balloons.
